The Collective Stratford is a mixed-use development which includes co-living residential space and co-working office space in a well-connected location within Stratford centre – in close proximity to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and associated amenities.

We provided a full suite of transport documents in support of our client’s successful planning application. These documents included a Transport Assessment, delivery and servicing plan and a construction logistics plan.

We developed an innovative delivery and servicing strategy within a constrained ground floor footprint. This included liaising with the local authority to ensure an agreed refuse arrangement was included as part of the proposals.

Momentum also developed a forecast for  future traffic flows on the local network to ascertain the impact of the development and provided supporting information to inform the Environmental Statement.
